Certified Payroll Reporting and Labor Compliance Resources
The Days of B2G is our annual series celebrating a year of innovation, progress, and meaningful enhancements across our solutions, spotlighting updates that help our entire community work more efficiently and transparently.
As we wrap up the Days of B2G 2025 celebration, we turn our attention to the year ahead. In 2026, we will continue our commitment to modernizing the platform and enhancing the tools that support certification, compliance, and vendor engagement. These updates reflect our long-term vision of delivering a unified, intuitive, and AI-assisted experience for all customers.
We expanded single sign-on (SSO), enhanced data connections, and began building combined reporting capabilities across B2Gnow, eComply, and BlackCat. These improvements help customers streamline workflows, reduce duplication, and centralize key compliance and contracting data in a single location.
As we continue to align our solutions, customers using more than one B2Gnow product will benefit from more seamless transitions, more consistent data management, and future combined reporting across compliance and labor workflows.
The B2Gnow Online Application module, a core component of our Vendor Management solution, already streamlines vendor certification with online document upload, automated workflows, and real-time status tracking for both applicants and staff.
In 2026, we will further modernize this experience. The redesigned interface will be more intuitive and efficient, focusing on clarity, simplicity, and accessibility to help applicants navigate complex requirements with greater confidence.
These improvements lay the foundation for a more supportive application experience, helping to reduce errors and improve processing quality.
As part of the modernization of the B2Gnow Online Application module, optional AI will guide vendors through the application workflow by:
These features are designed to simplify the application process, leading to improved application completeness and greater vendor satisfaction. With AI assisting applicants at every stage, agencies can expect higher-quality submissions and more efficient reviews.
The Certification Management module is a core B2Gnow module that tracks the entire certification lifecycle, from application to renewal, by automating workflows with checklists and centralizing all supporting documentation in one location.
In 2026, we will introduce a modernized version of this module. This update will streamline review workflows, help staff manage large caseloads, reduce repetitive data checks, and provide clearer visibility into decision pathways.
AI assistance will support certifiers by identifying risky areas, highlighting missing or inconsistent data, and providing context for regulatory requirements. These capabilities are designed to help programs maintain defensible decisions and keep pace with evolving federal expectations.
We will host customer-exclusive Power Analytics Training Webinars along with a new webinar series focused on support processes and user operations.
B2Gnow customers can register for a Power Analytics Training Webinar from the B2GnowSystem News.
Stay tuned for registration details for the new webinar series on support processes and user operations.
DRIVE 2026 will also include expanded sessions focused on modernized modules, AI features, and best practices for certification and compliance programs.

This past year brought significant strides in integration, collaboration, and engagement across our suite of public sector solutions. Today, on Day 4, we highlight how these efforts strengthen the entire B2Gnow ecosystem and create a more unified experience for agencies, primes, and system partners.
Our B2Gnow Customer Advisory Board has become a central voice in shaping our product roadmap. Members help us identify customer needs, validate new ideas, and guide future improvements.
We are also excited to introduce a new eComply Customer Advisory Board in early 2026. This board will focus on the needs of prevailing wage and labor compliance programs as we expand integration between B2Gnow and eComply.
Customers interested in participating can contact Customer Support.
To help prime contractors participate more effectively in public projects, we are now offering a free access program for B2G FairSource. With B2G FairSource, Primes can search for certified vendors, document Good Faith Efforts, and streamline outreach and vendor sourcing.
You can share this enrollment link with your prime contractors to bring them into the free access program and expand engagement within your ecosystem.
As we further align our solutions to better support public infrastructure and capital improvement programs, integrations and partnerships will play a vital role in creating a more cohesive experience for our customers.
Today’s updates reflect the momentum behind that vision and the continued progress toward a connected, scalable ecosystem for all B2G users.
Our annual Days of B2G series is our yearly celebration of the innovation, progress, and key enhancements rolled out across our solutions over the past year, all designed to help agencies, organizations, vendors, and communities work smarter and with greater transparency.
A great system is only as effective as the support behind it. Today, on Day 3, we highlight the enhancements we made this year to streamline support, expand training resources, and strengthen customer success across our platforms.
All B2G solutions, including B2Gnow, eComply, and BlackCat, now share a unified help experience in the B2G Help Center. This provides customers with a consistent, searchable knowledge base as well as a ticketing system.
The unified Help Center also allows us to deliver more targeted resources and standardize best practices across all product lines, helping agencies and primes resolve issues more efficiently.
DRIVE 2025 was our largest event ever, with more than 260 attendees, 10 exhibitors, and over 120 sessions. It was a major gathering of practitioners, program leaders, and partners who shared insights on certification, contract compliance, prevailing wage, reporting, and program management.
We look forward to welcoming even more customers at B2Gnow DRIVE 2026, taking place April 27 to 30 in Litchfield Park, Arizona.

Regulatory expectations continue to evolve, and so do the tools and guidance needed to stay compliant. Today, on Day 2, we focus on Compliance Excellence and Toolkit Resources, highlighting how B2Gnow has helped agencies navigate the new IFR rules, strengthen defensibility, and modernize their compliance processes.
On October 3, the USDOT introduced significant regulatory changes that impact certification programs nationwide. Throughout these changes, B2Gnow has partnered closely with agencies to interpret requirements, recommend system updates, and provide clear documentation paths for compliance.
Next Steps:
These efforts reflect our commitment to helping programs stay current with federal expectations while keeping certification workflows defensible, efficient, and transparent.
The Proactive Compliance Toolkit provides a clear, practical framework for preparing for audits from Inspector General offices and external Compliance Officers. It emphasizes documented processes, risk mitigation strategies, and standardized templates that help agencies shift from reactive responses to proactive compliance.
Key Topics Include:
This toolkit is designed to help agencies build a defensible, reliable foundation that can withstand increased scrutiny and changing regulatory expectations.
The Readiness Toolkit focuses on strengthening program operations through transparency, vendor engagement, defensible goal setting, prompt payment tracking, and centralized workflows.
It aligns directly with B2Gnow modules to operationalize best practices and improve program credibility. The toolkit also provides practical steps that help agencies demonstrate program impact and build strong, community-centered outcomes.
Customers can access the B2Gnow Readiness Toolkit in the Help Center.
Together, these toolkits provide a comprehensive foundation for preparing programs for regulatory change and building long-term resilience. When paired with the updates delivered for IFR compliance, these resources help agencies create consistent, defensible, and transparent processes that support certification and contracting programs.
More resources are coming in early 2026, including webinars focused on support processes, certification reviews, and compliance best practices. We look forward to continuing to support your programs as the regulatory landscape evolves.
