AskReply, Inc. dba B2Gnow (“B2Gnow,” “we,” and “our“) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit and use this website www.B2Gnow.com (the “Site“) and/or the software applications (the “Applications“) provided by B2Gnow, together the “Services.” This Privacy and Data Use Policy (the “Privacy Policy“) describes how B2Gnow collects, uses, and shares personal information. B2Gnow collects and retains personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by you to B2Gnow through the Site and/or Services. You may “opt-out” of various emails from B2Gnow by sending us a request at privacy@B2Gnow.com. Please note that even if you opt out from receiving our internal marketing emails, we may still send you non-marketing emails, which include emails about your account with us and in connection with your use of the Services.

Sensitive Personal Data.

B2Gnow may receive sensitive personal information about you from you or from third parties, which is used solely for performing the Services you request or authorize. You consent to our processing and use of such sensitive personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to our processing and use of such sensitive personal information, you must not submit, request or authorize such information through our Services.

  • Amend. You can also correct any inaccuracies in your personal information via your account or by contacting us at privacy@B2Gnow.com to update.
  • Move. You can download or access your documents stored in the B2Gnow Services at any time via your account.
  • Erase and forget. Unless otherwise prohibited by law or by your agreement(s) with B2Gnow and or B2Gnow customers, you can request that we erase your data by contacting us at privacy@B2Gnow.com. If you request that we erase your information, please note that your information may continue to reside for a period of time on our backup systems and/or the systems of B2Gnow customers that you have granted access to such data.

B2Gnow is headquartered in the United States and all Services data is stored, maintained and processed within the United States. If you are outside the United States and submit personal information to the Services, your information may be transferred, in accordance with this Privacy Policy to the United States, where data protection and privacy regulations may differ from the level of protection as in other parts of the world. By using our Site and Services and agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you consent to such transfer or processing of your personal information. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
