Prime Payment Details

Contract owner (e.g., city) sends monthly prime payments directly from their financial system or manually enters information into the B2Gnow system.

Contractor Notifications
  • Prime is notified when a payment is made on a contract.
  • Subcontractors are notified when payments have been reported by the subcontractor one tier higher.

Reminders are sent bi-weekly to non-responsive primes and subs until audit reporting requirement is satisfied.

Prime Contractor Reports

The prime contractor logs into the portal to report:

  • Amounts paid to tier 1 subs
  • Payment dates

If the prime has their own B2Gnow system, they may transfer payment details from their system to the contract owner’s system
