Days of B2G 2025 – Day 3: Support, Training, and Customer Success

Our annual Days of B2G series is our yearly celebration of the innovation, progress, and key enhancements rolled out across our solutions over the past year, all designed to help agencies, organizations, vendors, and communities work smarter and with greater transparency.

A great system is only as effective as the support behind it. Today, on Day 3, we highlight the enhancements we made this year to streamline support, expand training resources, and strengthen customer success across our platforms.

Unified Support Through the B2G Help Center

All B2G solutions, including B2Gnow, eComply, and BlackCat, now share a unified help experience in the B2G Help Center. This provides customers with a consistent, searchable knowledge base as well as a ticketing system.

The unified Help Center also allows us to deliver more targeted resources and standardize best practices across all product lines, helping agencies and primes resolve issues more efficiently.

DRIVE 2025 Recap and DRIVE 2026 Registration

DRIVE 2025 was our largest event ever, with more than 260 attendees, 10 exhibitors, and over 120 sessions. It was a major gathering of practitioners, program leaders, and partners who shared insights on certification, contract compliance, prevailing wage, reporting, and program management.

We look forward to welcoming even more customers at B2Gnow DRIVE 2026, taking place April 27 to 30 in Litchfield Park, Arizona.

New Service Partners to Support Your Program

This year, we expanded our Service Partner Program to include providers specializing in implementation support, configuration assistance, economic impact reporting, and Power Analytics development. Our partners are trained in B2G solutions and ready to help agencies meet their operational and reporting needs.

Upcoming Support Webinar Series

In early 2026, we will host a three-part webinar series focused on supporting best practices, ticket submission and handling, and what is next for B2Gnow Support.
